If any item purchased from SAS is found to be faulty you should contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods advising of the nature of the fault. The item must then be returned to us, within seven days of receipt, in its original, unused condition, along with the packaging and any accessories.

On receipt of the returned item, SAS will replace the item where possible, and refund you any shipping costs involved in returning the item. If the item is not replaceable, you will be given the choice of selecting another item, or, if you choose, a full refund will be made.
